Sadly we’ve come to the final round of our Indoor Ryder Cup series this year. 8 of us battled it out among the pines of Pinehurst #2 and some of us had some spectacular rebounds from trees along the way!

Many thanks to SWISS Golf Traveller who sponsored the prizes for 1st and 2nd place and also to Golf Now who sponsored the prizes for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th as well – a nice surprise on the first really sunny day this spring!

The scores go something like this:

Colt 1st place with 34 points

Paul and Roeland joint 2nd with 29 points

Timothy 4th with 26 points

Pedro 5th and Paul 6th. Andrea and myself make up the final two with score’s we would like to forget. But as always, good fun was had and despite being a challenging course we enjoyed the play even if it was only virtual.

Next month will see us back on the real golf course, for a friendly round probably on the weekend of the 7th and of course Round 1 of our 2013 HCP relevant stableford tournament series on sunday April 28th at Steisslingen golf club.
